From here you are in easy reach of local towns offering superb food and traditional pubs, with the spa town of Buxton not far away and the delights of Matlock in easy reach, while those seeking lively nightlife can venture to Manchester, a city that is not far away and is almost unrivalled in its diversity.

Derbyshire offers everything from stunning country houses – witness Chatsworth, the finest in the land – to the legendary Blue John caves at Castleton, and much more besides, an is a far cry from anywhere else you will every visit.
