For adults only the park has a beautiful range of lodge and caravan accommodation, much of it brand new in 2010/2011. Your holiday home is fully prepared for your arrival and furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard of comfort. Selected lodges have their own private hot tubs, ensuite master bedrooms and a spacious verandah with outdoor furniture, where you can sit and relax in the beautiful sunshine (hopefully) and enjoy the lovely views and wildlife. The park has been graded as 4 star by Visit England and has achieved David Bellamy Gold Award for environmental excellence.

Park Information
Lognor Wood is centrally situated with easy access from the M1 and M6, and a great base to explore a wide variety of attractions and activities. The pretty village of Lognor is close by and has a compact old world ambience about it with many of the buildings made from stone quarried locally. There are pubs, shops, galleries, a craft centre, tearooms and many unusual features in Lognor, a lovely and interesting little place to explore.
Theme park lovers will enjoy the close proximity to Alton Towers, only about 20 minutes drive and you’ll be spoilt for choice, there is so much to do. The water park, fabulous golf course and luxurious spa and at the theme park alone there’s lots of rides, suitable for all ages as well as shows and costumed actors – a great day out.
For cyclists Parsley Hay Trail, is near Buxton only about 5 miles away and here you can find over 30 miles of traffic free cycling through magnificent limestone scenery, situated at the junction of the High Peak and Tissington Trails.
For a touch of nostalgia or the opportunity to fulfil your train driver dream, the Peak Rail at Matlock run regular steam and diesel hauled trains between Matlock Riverside and Rowsley. An on-train dining service is available and experience courses where you can get your hands on the controls.
