Buxton also has its own recently restored Opera House, a fantastic auditorium with wonderful ceiling paintings and host to a variety of events and musical concerts. For walkers and cyclists there are many traffic free routes and Parsley Hay Trail, has over 30 miles of traffic free cycling through magnificent limestone scenery, and affords the opportunity to observe the wildlife and stunninbg views at close quarters and at your own pace. |
