Watermouth Lodges is a friendly family run park and enjoys a beautiful setting overlooking Watermouth Castle and harbour on a 12 acre woodland site. Lodge accommodation sleeps 4-9 people all furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything you need to make your holiday comfortable. Selected lodges have extra features, including their own private hot tub, ensuite master bedrooms or have access and facilities suitable for disabled party members. Watermouth guests enjoy a wide range of facilities and activities, including a choice of heated indoor and outdoor pools, spa pool, sauna, games room, childrens playground and soft play area, games room and zip wire. The on site shop will cater for your everyday self catering needs and if you’d like to let someone else do the cooking, there’s a family bar, reataurant and takeaway.

The surrounding area has a wealth of attractions and great days out for all the family and at Parracombe the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway will carry you on a nostalgic steam train ride in Exmoor National Park, from Woody Bay Station, North Devon. This is the first phase in rebuilding one of the world’s most famous and picturesque narrow gauge railways. Combe Martin Wildlife and dinosaur Park, Ilfracombe is about 5 minutes drive away and you can see life size, roaring and spitting animated dinosaurs lurking in 30 acres of subtropical vegetation. The museum houses genuine dinosaur eggs and with rides and a chance to swim with sealions in a specially built pool, this is an attraction not to be missed.
