Easily accesible from the M1 and centrally situated to enjoy the attractions of Harrogate, Bradford, Skipton, Leeds and the South Yorkshire Dales. St Leonards Farm Park, is a very short distance away and will be a great hit with the younger family members. The farm park has lots of different animals, some of which you can feed. Have fun on the play areas, especially the popular straw playbar, with its tunnels and swing ropes. Harrogate is less than half an hours drive away and as well as a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, the stunning Valley Gardens in Harrogate have been listed as Grade II by English Heritage and are well worthy of a visit. Spanning over 17 acres, they feature impressive mineral springs and superb historical buildings. Children enjoy the great playground and paddling pool, whilst the adults can sit back, relax and enjoy an ice cream or a cup of tea from the little cafe. |
