KP Lodges are set in beautiful Yorkshire countryside on a 200 acre country estate. Each lodge has it’s own private hot tub, floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the stunning views of the surrounding countryside, terrace with outdoor furniture and selected lodges have ensuite bedrooms. All bathrooms have a selection of complimentary luxury toiletries, and pamper packs with champagne, fresh flowers and chocloate can be ordered in advance to be in your lodge on arrival – a romantic surprise or extra special touch. Fine dining is available at the Glasshouse – chose delicious food from the a la carte menu – or simply relax in the bar and meet up with friends and family for a drink.

KP Lodges are about a mile from the lovely small town of Pocklington where you’ll find a good selection of restuarants, pubs and shops. Throughout the season they have various events and attractions such as boat trips on the Pocklington Canal, Band concerts at Burnby Hall Gardens and a market on Tuesdays. There is a choice of walking and cycling routes locally of varying distances and for different abilities – a relaxing way to see the local surroundings and some of them are traffic free. York is about 15 miles away and there are many visitor attractions in the city as well as a huge variety of shops, galleries and restaurants. The York dungeons are a major attraction in the heart of York City Centre, taking visitors back in time, to re-visit the darker sides of York’s history.
