All the caravans are furnished and equipped to a high standard sleep 4-6 people and offer a comfortable base to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. Close by is the Luib Hotel serving drinks and offering a good selection of home cooked food and there is a shop and off licence on site. Situated in the rugged west of the Scottish Highlands you are surrounded by mountains, lochs, hills and glens and can enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities and attractions. Walkers and cyclist can enjoy the breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife from a variety of marked routes, some entirely traffic free and others taking in quieter roads and country tracks. Head west towards Oban, a busy ferry port, where you can enjoy small boat pleasure or fishing trips or take the ferry to spend the day on the Island of Mull. Inclusive day trips can be booked where you join a bus tour when you reach Mull and have the option of a further trip to Iona and Fingals cave. Closer to Glen Dochart are the Falls of Dochart – a spectacular sight – you can almost feel the power of the water as it rushes down the river, and the nearby Falls of Dochart Inn will provide all the sustenance you need after your breathtaking experience. |
